'Noah's Ark' is a timeless story, inspired by the arrival of my baby. Thinking about the kind of art that would delight both my little one and me. I spent my winter days sat in a little pub at the top of the cliff at Rhossili, and heavily pregnant carving this particular linocut print. My partner surfed in the ocean below, it was lovely.
This original handmade linocut print depicts Noah's Ark with pairs of animals approaching the ship, printed in black oil based ink on Somerset paper. Created using a hand carved linoleum block and an etching press, it features unique textures from traditional linocut techniques. The print is signed, unframed, and shipped in eco-friendly packaging. Each piece is made to order with drying and processing taking up to ten days to ensure quality.
