Painting Birds with Jim and Nancy Moir on Sky TV

I was surprised and delighted to be contacted by the team at Sky Arts when they asked to appear as a guest artist on the television series Painting birds with Jim and Nancy Moir (Vic reeves). The couple headed to north Wales in search of the black grouse, meeting bird experts, and learning the art of lino printing with me! In episode 4 season 2. I was visited by the comedy pair at the central art gallery Tŷ Pawb in north wales, where I was exhibiting "The Saltmarsh Otter" as part of the DAC Aildanio exhibition.

We each chose a bird that we would like to carve and had a very enjoyable few hours carving together and printmaking, if you would like to catch the episode it is available on Sky Arts and NOW TV.
